A Summer Evening In The Italian Alps

We have the perfect cure for the dogs days of August- an evening high in the snow-capped Alps of Italy. Of course, we’ll all still be in good ol’ Walnut Creek, but we can still pretend, right?
The parts of Italy, where it meets France, Switzerland and Austria, are among the most unique territories in the world. Influenced more by their neighbors across the Alps and the actual mountains themselves, these are Italy’s most rugged individualists, and their culture, culinaria and even language reflect this fierce independence. Join us as Chef Peter explores the wine and food of Italy’s northernmost climes with a fine menu of regional specialties alongside some of Italy’s most distinctive wines.
